As you already may know, learning a new language requires practice and regular input. Research has shown that you need to “meet” a new word approximately 8 times before it becomes part of your vocabulary. We want to see you succeed in your language-learning journey, and that is why we are offering you this opportunity to use the language more and in more fun ways.

The group is open to various levels of proficiency. We will aim for the maximum amount of German language input, but the teacher will make sure you are not completely lost in the conversation if you are new.

This group is not ideal for complete beginners. It is meant to supplement the classes we offer and is great for students who have taken at least Novice 2 level with us (16 lessons).

Students who are not part of FWLA’s regular classes are also welcome to join, as long as they have studied some German in the past.
