Snow Day and Sick Day Policy
We will make every effort to offer a makeup class in case of a snow day closing, or a technical issue with our online classrooms which was cause by our side of the technology systems. If a make up is not possible, we will issue a refund or a make up credit.
The same applies for situations where a teacher takes a sick day — we will either have a substitute teacher or the teacher will coordinate a make up class at a time convenient for all students.
We are not able to offer refunds to students for a missed class due to sickness or for any other personal reason.
Missed and make up classes
Refunds are not issued and a make up is not guaranteed for a missed class due to sickness or any other personal reason.
However, we will offer a make up class in another existing class group (if any) and we will send at-home materials to help the student stay on track.
We are always striving to accommodate special situations where possible, and we do our absolute best to keep students on track.
Payment Policy
Payment is due in full at the beginning of the session (at the second class if you are new and trying out the school).
Visit one of our language classes at no cost in order to try it out and determine if it is a good fit for you or your child (applicable to new students). You only pay after the first class, if you decide to continue with the full session.
We prorate tuition.
Refund Policy
Within the first two weeks of classes: full refund for the remaining classes, excluding textbook expenses (if any).
We are not able to offer refunds to students for a missed class due to sickness or for any other personal reason, after the first 2 weeks of a session.
